20 foreign delegates in Kathmandu to observe Indrajatra celebration

KATHMANDU: Twenty foreign delegates have arrived in Kathmandu to observe the Indrajatra Festival.

Kathmandu Mayor Balen Shah, Deputy Mayor Sunita Dangol and Chief Administrative Officer Basant Adhikari welcomed the foreign guests.

According to Kathmandu Metropolitan City, the guests are from five cities and an organization of three countries.

The foreign delegates enjoyed a heritage walk on Thursday morning. They will also observe the Kumari chariot procession. Likewise, they will also visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square and Swoyambhunath Stupa.
