CPN-UML’s Rawal was appointed Chief Minister of the province on January 11 with the support of different parties including Nagarik Unmukti.

“We gave a confidence vote to Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal on a condition that the government will address our demands. We helped the coalition to form a government in Sudurpaschchim Province as well. But we won’t give a confidence vote in the province assembly as our demands haven’t been addressed,” she added.

Chief Minister Rawal must get a confidence vote in the province assembly within a month of his appointment.
