KATHMANDU: Regal Flavors Restro and Bar formally opened its doors to visitors on Sunday.
LP Bhanu Sharma, President and Life Coach of Jivan Bigyan Kendra, inaugurated the restaurant located on the first floor of Annapurna Arcade.
Nestled on the vibrant Durbar Marg Street, this distinguished casual dining establishment has dedicated the past six months to pre-opening preparations, crafting a captivating environment for patrons to savor multicuisine delicacies infused with a regal essence.
At a time when youths are heading abroad seeking better opportunities, four youths joined hands to open Regal Flavors. “We have invested in this venture looking at the future,” said Akash Adhikari, one of the promoters of Regal Flavors.
The initial plan of these four youths, who all studied hotel management in Kathmandu and did their internship abroad, was to continue studying abroad and involve themselves in the hospitality industry there. “But we saw a good future in the hospitality industry in Nepal and decided to team up to start a venture,” Adhikari said. “Regal Flavors is the outcome of the common vision that the four of us share.”
Children from the Prisoners Assistance Mission (PAM), a dedicated institution providing support to prisoners and their families, were in attendance at the inauguration ceremony on Sunday. Other invitees dined with these children.
“This was our effort to build a bond with the community,” Adhikari added.
