KATHMANDU: Chief Justice Prakashman Singh Raut and Chief of Army Staff Ashok Raj Sigdel jointly launched the ‘Legal Department Journal’ published by the Legal Department of the Nepal Army at a ceremony held in Kathmandu on Friday.
According to a press statement issued by the Nepal Army, the event was organised to mark the sixth anniversary of the establishment of the department.
On the occasion, the department honored Home Secretary Rameshwar Dangal, who had earlier served as a member of the Military Special Court.
The ceremony was attended by Supreme Court justices, secretaries, and senior army officers, reflecting the strong institutional collaboration between the judiciary and the military’s legal framework.
