KATHMANDU: Two persons died in a truck accident in Kavre district on Tuesday afternoon.
According to the District Police Office, Kavre, the truck that was transporting hay from Kushadevi to Nayagaun fell off the road due to brake failure.
The deceased have been identified as Rabin Acharya (40) from Kushadevi and Shiva Bikram KC (50) from Bethanchowk. They succumbed to their injuries while undergoing treatment at Scheer Memorial Hospital in Banepa.
Sharada Timalsina (45) from Bethanchowk Rural Municipality-2, who was injured in the accident, is receiving treatment at the hospital.
