UML holding tea reception on Oct 31

KATHMANDU: CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli is hosting a tea reception on the occasion of the Bada Dashain, Tihar, Nepal Sambat, and Chhath festivals on October 31.

According to Gagan Bista, chief of the Central Publicity and Publication Department of UML, the tea reception will be held at the party’s central office at Chyasal, Lalitpur.

Meanwhile, the UML has issued directives to its related committees to conduct the general convention at the district and municipality levels by February 12, 2024. “These include the general conventions of district, local and ward committees,” said a press release issued by UML Central Organization Department Secretary Madhav Dhungel.
