Youth murdered in broad daylight in Janakpur: Police

JANAKPURDHAM: A youth has been found murdered in broad daylight in Janakpurdham on Monday, police say.

DSP Ranjan Rawal, the spokesperson for the District Police Office, Dhansuha, said the deceased has been identified as Prince Kumar Mahaseth of Ekdara Rural Municipality of Mahottari. Mahaseth’s body was found inside a public washroom near Bishwakarma Chowk in Janakpurdham Sub-Metropolitan City at around noon.

The body has wounds made by sharp weapons,  according to police.

Police have arrested Arjun Kumar Shah (24) for investigation, according to Rawal.
