Wild elephant found dead in Morang

KATHMANDU: A wild elephant has been found dead in Morang district.

According to police, the body of a female elephant of about 7-8 years was found in Karamdanda in Belbari-3 of Morang on Tuesday morning.

“It seems that the elephant was electrocuted,” police say.

Police are investigating the case.
