TU holds 49th Convocation Ceremony [In Pictures]

KATHMANDU: More than 12,000 students officially graduated during the 49th Convocation Ceremony of Tribhuvan University (TU) at Dashrath Stadium on Monday.

The best-performing students from all faculties received their convocation certificates from Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal, who is also the Chancellor of Tribhuvan University, in the ceremony graced by President Ram Chandra Poudel.

A total of 8,098 students at the Bachelor’s level, 4,104 at the Master’s level, 44 pursuing M.Phil, and 112 Ph.D. students graduated on the day.

Last year, 10,300 students participated in the Convocation Ceremony.
