KATHMANDU: The ruling Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has completed district conventions in 56 districts.
According to RSP Spokesperson Manish Jha, the convention is ongoing in 12 districts, while the convention in one district has been canceled.
Likewise, the party has yet to hold conventions in five districts—Dolpa, Humla, Rukum East, Manang and Mustang.
Similarly, district conventions in Saptari and Bara are set to begin on Monday, while Dhanusha is organizing a convention on Tuesday.
According to the schedule published by the party, province-level conventions will begin on Tuesday.
The party is holding its first national convention from June 21 to 23.
