KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Balendra Shah is scheduled to answer questions raised by lawmakers on the government’s policy and program for the fiscal year 2026/27 at the meeting of the House of Representatives on Wednesday.
According to the Federal Parliament Secretariat, discussions on the government’s policy and program will commence at the meeting that commences at 11 am.
Prime Minister Balendra Shah is scheduled to present a proposal to initiate deliberations on the policy and program. Amendments registered by lawmakers on the government’s annual policy and program will be tabled and discussed during the meeting.
Prime Minister Shah is scheduled to respond to queries raised during the deliberations.
President Ramchandra Paudel presented the government’s annual policy and program for 2026/27 during a joint sitting of both houses of Parliament on Monday.
