KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) is holding the first meeting of its newly elected Central Working Committee (CWC), elected by the 15th General Convention, on Friday.
According to the party’s Central Election Committee, the newly elected office-bearers and Central Working Committee members will be sworn in on Thursday.
Central Election Committee Chairperson Prem Bahadur Khadka has already administered the oath of office and secrecy to newly elected President Gagan Kumar Thapa.
Thapa will administer the oath of office and secrecy to the other office-bearers and Central Working Committee members, according to Raju Katuwal, member secretary of the committee.
