KATHMANDU: The Nepal Association for Software and IT Services Companies (NAS-IT) is organizing the Nepal Tech Roadshow Europe (UK & Switzerland) 2026 from September 6 to 21 with the objective of connecting Nepali IT firms with European businesses, investors, startups and the Nepali diaspora technology community.

According to NAS-IT officials, the roadshow, which will be held across the United Kingdom and Switzerland, aims to create new opportunities for business partnerships, technology exports and foreign investment.

The event is being organized with support from the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and Nepal in Business-Growth Advisors, a program supported by UK International Development and implemented by DAI Global UK.

The NAS-IT earlier organized similar events in Australia in 2025 and the United States in 2026 as part of its efforts to expand Nepal’s presence in the global technology market.

Speaking at a press meet in Kathmandu on Wednesday, NAS-IT President Gaurav Pandey said the roadshow would help establish direct links between Nepal’s IT industry and the European market.

“Nepali IT companies have already demonstrated their capabilities in international markets. Our next priority is to strengthen direct collaboration with European businesses, investors and the technology community,” Pandey said. “This roadshow will create opportunities for Nepali companies to access new markets, build strategic partnerships and establish long-term business relationships while positioning Nepal as a trusted global technology partner.”

More than 17 NAS-IT member companies will showcase their software products, digital solutions and technical expertise. They will also participate in presentations and business discussions during the roadshow.

The roadshow in the UK will be held from September 6 to 12, while the Switzerland leg of the roadshow will kick off on September 13 and continue through September 21.

Nepal’s IT industry employs more than 100,000 skilled professionals and has been recording an estimated annual export growth of 20% to 25%, according to NAS-IT.

Companies participating in the roadshow include Jasper IT, Tekkon Technologies, Aakash Tech, Web Experts Nepal, Mantra Ideas, Rara Digital Lab, YoungInnovations, Dots and Dashes Technology Services, Focus Data Analysis, E.K. Solutions, Eminence Ways, inGrails, Alaya Co, Proshore Nepal, Genese Solution, AITC International and Coding Mountain.
