KATHMANDU: A team of Indian robbers shot a man in Rautahat district on Friday.

According to SP Mahendra Shrestha, the chief of the District Police Office in Rautahat, the robbers shot Nitesh Sah (26) in the head. “The Indian nationals came to rob Shiva Money Transfer and shot at its promoter, Nitesh Sah,” Shrestha said.

Sah is receiving treatment at Birgunj-based Neuro Hospital.

Police have arrested the robbers, identified as Munesh Kumar Yadav, Raja Kumar Paswan, and Chandrabhan Singh. A country-made pistol has been recovered from them.
