Identities of Surkhet accident victims confirmed

SURKHET: The identities of all four people who died in a jeep accident in Surkhet have been confirmed.

Four people died when a jeep heading to Kalikot from Surkhet met with an accident near Takure Mode in Birendranagar Municipality-13 of Surkeht at 2:40 am on Thursday.

According to Inspector Purna KC of the District Police Office, Surkhet, the deceased have been identified as Tanta Kami, Birendra BK and Navaraj BK of Shubhakalika-3 of Kalikot, and Mahendra Shahi of Bhairavi-3 of Dailekh. All four died on the sport, according to KC.

Likewise, Nari Kami of Shubhakalika-3 of Kalikot and jeep driver Narendra BK of Pakha in Khandachakra-9 of Kalikot are injured in the in accident.

The injured are receiving treatment at Karnali Provincial Hospital.
