KATHMANDU: Seven more Nepalis have lost their lives while serving in the Russian Army.

Issuing a statement on Thursday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed the death of seven youths in the Russia-Ukraine war front.

The deceased have been identified as Purna Bahadur Gurung of Dhading, Nabin Shahi of Jajarkot, Padam Bahadur Ghimire of Udayapur, Ganga Ram Adhikari of Jhapa, Jit Bahadur BK of Baglung, Sanjaya KC of Banke and Sundar Moktan of Rsuwa.

With this, the number of Nepali youths who died while serving in the Russian Army has reached 20.

  13. Sajan Gurung of Lamjung
  14. Sundar Moktan Rasuwa
  15. Purna Bahadur Gurung of Dhading
