KATHMANDU: Minister for Foreign Affairs Dr Arzu Rana Deuba paid a courtesy call on Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi on Monday evening.
During the meeting, they discussed the multifaceted aspects of Nepal-India relations. Writing a post on her social media page, Minister Deuba expressed hope that this visit and the high-level discussions would further elevate the historic ties between the two countries.
Minister Deuba is on a five-day visit of India at the invitation of External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar. Earlier on the day, she met her counterpart Jaishankar and discussed wide range of issues related to bilateral relations.
