Dozens quit UML to protest injustice to Dr Bhim Rawal

KATHMANDU: Dozens of CPN-UML leaders and cadres have announced that they have left
the party, citing injustice to Dr Bhim Rawal.

Issuing a joint statement, they said that they had left the party in protest of an autocratic and dictatorial decision to expel Dr Rawal from party membership.

They have decided to join the Motherland Awareness Campaign initiated by Dr Rawal.

The signatories include CPN-UML Central Tourism Department member Ramesh Bahadur Kunwar, and CPN-UML Far-Western Province Committee members Chakra Rawal, Jung Bik, Keshar Miya, Nirmala Rawal, among others.
