‘Deities of Nepal’ art expo underway in Babarmahal [In Pictures]

KATHMANDU: Creations of various artists have been kept on display in the second edition of the Deities of Nepal art exhibition at the Nepal Art Council Gallery in Kathmandu.

The exhibition, which kicked off on May 21 will continue till June 10.

Art creations depicting different goods and goddesses of Nepal, temples and monasteries, etc. have been displayed at the exhibition.

The exhibition is being jointly organized by the Nepal Art Council and Federation of Nepali Handicrafts, and supported by Kathmandu Metropolitan City.

According to the organizers, the exhibition aims to enlighten visitors about Nepal’s rich cultural heritage.
