KATHMANDU: Chief ministers of all seven provinces are meeting in Hetauda on December 29 to determine a new course in their ongoing stalemate with the federal government regarding the implementation of federalism.
The meeting is expected to discuss the delay in implementing the decisions taken during the meeting of chief ministers held in Pokhara in June and the meeting of the National Coordination Council chaired by Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal.
The council had made six important decisions to resolve problems seen in the full-fledged implementation of federalism within six months.
The six-month timeframe is ending on December 31.
