KATHMANDU: A Nepali Army chopper airlifted five people, who were seriously injured in a jeep accident in Sugure of Bajhang on Saturday, to Nepalgunj for further treatment on Sunday.
According to a statement issued by the Nepali Army, three women and two men have been taken to Nepalgunj Medical College.
Likewise, two male patients, whose condition was more critical, were airlifted to Surkhet by a Nepali Army helicopter and then flown to Kathmandu aboard a Sky Truck aircraft for advanced treatment.
Another young girl requiring medical care was also transported to Surkhet Provincial Hospital during the same operation, according ot the army.
Three people were killed and seven others were injured when the jeep crashed in Sugure of Kedarsyun Rural Municipality-7, Bajhang, on Saturday.
