BARDAGHAT: As the House of Representatives election approaches, the Nepali Congress (NC) has stepped up its campaign in Nawalparasi-1.
Speaking at a program in Bardaghat, Nepali Congress (NC) Central Working Committee member and candidate from the area, Binod Chaudhary, said the party under the leadership of Gagan Thapa would chart a clear roadmap for the country’s development.
Chaudhary was elected from the same constituency in the 2022 general election. He said the history of the NC bears witness to economic, social, and political transformation achieved through revolutions and movements. He added that the time has now come to translate that legacy into a concrete development blueprint.
“I have never been guided by prejudice or bias. The party led by Gagan Thapa will draw the line for the country’s development,” Chaudhary said.
He also claimed that the party has understood the sentiments and spirit of the Gen Z movement, and added that ensuring good governance and ending corruption remain the party’s core agendas.
