KATHMANDU: Indian Additional Foreign Secretary Munu Mahawar paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister Sushila Karki on Tuesday.
According to the Prime Minister’s Secretariat, the two discussed a range of bilateral issues of mutual interest.
During his visit, Mahawar also called on Minister for Finance Rameshore Khanal; Minister of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Kulman Ghising; Minister for Home Affairs Om Prakash Aryal; Minister for Industry, Commerce and Supply Anil Kumar Sinha; Minister of Communication and Information Technology Jagdish Kharel; and Foreign Secretary Amrit Bahadur Rai.
The meetings highlighted the steady progress in Nepal-India cooperation and explored ways to further strengthen and expand this partnership, according to the Embassy of India in Kathmandu.
