KATHMANDU: Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Bishwa Adhikari has been recommended for promotion to the rank of Deputy Inspector General (AIG) of Nepal Police.
The Promotion Committee Secretariat under the Ministry of Home Affairs made the decision as per Rule 27 (4) of the Nepal Police Regulations, 2014, according to AIG Rajan Adhikari, the member-secretary of the Committee.
Adhikari is currently deputed at the Crime Control and Investigation Division under the Bgmati Province Police Office in Hetauda.
