KATHMANDU: A mild tremor was felt in Pokhara and surrounding areas on Tuesday afternoon.
According to the National Earthquake Monitoring and Research Center, a 4.7-magnitude earthquake with an epicenter near Sinuwa, Kaski, struck at around 1:59 p.m.
“There have been no details of human casualties or significant property damage so far,” the center said.
It has urged people to remain vigilant and rely only on official sources for information.
