KATHMANDU: The subcommittee formed under the Education, Health, and Information Technology Committee of the House of Representatives has been given 10 more days to complete its work.
During a meeting at Singha Durbar on Monday, the committee decided to extend the subcommittee’s deadline by 10 days to finalize its conclusions and submit a report on the School Education Bill.
The committee was originally given 35 days to conduct necessary studies and submit its report. During this period, the subcommittee completed clause-wise discussions on the Bill and sought additional time to prepare its report.
The 11-member subcommittee, which is led by Chhabilal Bishwakarma, was formed on March 21.
