KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli met with President Ram Chandra Poudel at the Office of the President on Friday.
The visit, which occurred at a time when rumors of the government introducing an ordinance to enable party splits, has been seen with great significance.
According to the Office of the President, the Prime Minister briefed President Paudel on the current national affairs among other issues.
Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Ajay Kumar Chaurasiya and Chief Secretary Ek Narayan Dhakal were also present at the meeting.
