KATHMANDU: The National Assembly is set to conduct elections for the chairperson of its thematic committees on March 17.
National Assembly Chairperson Narayan Dahal announced the election dates as per Rule 150 of the National Assembly Rules, 2018.
Dahal also instructed National Assembly Secretary Dr. Surendra Aryal to publish the election program.
The National Assembly has four thematic committees: the Sustainable Development and Good Governance Committee, Legislative Management Committee, Delegated Management and Government Assurance Committee, and Federalism Strengthening and National Concerns Committee.
