KATHMANDU: The Lumbini Development Trust (LDT) has decided to implement the direction of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) to scrap its decision to lease out the Ramgram Stupa area to a private company for 99 years.
The executive committee meeting of the LDT held on Tuesday took the decision.
“A decision has been taken to implement the direction given by the Public Accounts Committee regarding an understanding related to the Ramgram Stupa area reached between the LDT and The Promised Land,” reads the executive committee’s decision.
