Wyndham hotels coming up in Nainital, Jammu and Gurugram

KATHMANDU: Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is strengthening its footprint in India with the signing of agreements for three new hotels.

According to a statement issued on Friday, new Wyndham hotels will open in Uttarakhand, Jammu and Haryana.

Naini Habitat Developers Private Limited (NHDPL) on Friday announced its partnership with Wyndham to bring the Ramada Resort and Residences by Wyndham to Nainital, Uttarakhand. This resort, expected to open in 2027, will offer 155 keys, including luxury villas, according to Wyndham.

The property will have a range of premium amenities, such as an all-day dining restaurant, a bar lounge, banquet halls, a fitness center, a swimming pool, and recreational facilities.

In Jammu, Triple S has signed a franchise agreement with Wyndham to open a Ramada Encore by Wyndham on Akhnoor Road. This hotel, slated to open in 2026, will feature 54 contemporary rooms and various amenities, including a lobby lounge, an all-day dining restaurant and bar, a health club, a spa, meeting rooms, event spaces, and a business center.

Meanwhile, AS Hotels & Residences is set to open a Ramada Encore by Wyndham in Gurugram, Haryana, later this year. Located on the Dwarka Expressway as part of the Elan Miracle mixed-use project, the hotel will feature 91 keys, including suites, and offer facilities like an all-day dining restaurant, a gymnasium, banquet halls, a meeting room, a party deck and a swimming pool.

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is one of the world’s largest hotel franchising companies with approximately 9,200 hotels with 876,000 keys across more than 95 countries.  Wyndham also operates a Ramada Encore property in Thamel, Kathmandu.
