KATHMANDU: CPN-UML has published an election program to select its new leadership.
The party’s Central Election Commission published the election program on Sunday evening.
According to the program, the voters’ list will be published at 7 pm on Sunday. Applications for complaints and corrections to the voters’ list can be registered between 8 am and 9 am on Monday.
After reviewing the complaints, the final voters’ list will be published at 10:15 am.
Candidacies can be filed between 10:30 am and 1:30 pm, while complaints against candidates can be registered between 2:30 pm and 3 pm the same day. After reviewing the complaints and allowing candidates time to withdraw their candidacies, the final list of candidates will be published at 6 pm.
Similarly, voting will be held between 11 am and 5 pm on Tuesday.
