KATHMANDU: Two individuals died and two others were injured in a road accident in Ramechhap district on Thursday.
According to the District Traffic Police Office, Ramechhap, the accident occurred when a pick-up truck coming from Sharadadevi Temple veered off the road near Thanti in Manthali Municipality-3.
The deceased have been identified as Krishna Narayan Shrestha (63) and Bhumika Shrestha (11).
The injured are receiving treatment at different hospitals.
Police have taken the driver into custody for investigation.
