Two dead in Chandragiri road accident

KATHMANDU: Two persons died when a van met with an accident in Chandragiri Municipality of Kathmandu on Friday.

According to the District Police Range, Kathmandu, the van fell about 500 meters off the road at Panighat in Chandragiri-4. “The deceased have been identified as van driver Nawaraj Thoker (20) of Sindhuli and Anil Tamang (45),” police say.

Three passengers were rescued from the van, and their condition is safe, according to the police.
