Two dead, four injured in Sindhuli road accident

KATHMANDU: Two individuals died when two motorcycles crashed with a truck coming from the opposite direction at Laxmipur of Sindhuli on Wednesday afternoon.

According to the District Police Office, Sindhuli, the truck was heading to Dudhauli from Bhiman.

The deceased have been identified as Ramkumar Kumar (34) of Dudhauli-11 and Phulbabu Dhami (25) of Dudhauli-3. Both succumbed to injuries while undergoing treatment at Dudhauli Municipal Hospital, Sirthauli

Biplab Dhami (26), Buddhi Tharu (27), Sunil Majhi (25) and Kushe Dhami (23) of Dudhauli-3 were injured in the accident. The condition of three of them is said to be serious.

Police have taken Sher Bahadur Bista (25), the driver of the truck, under control for further investigation.
