ITAHARI: Two individuals died and 22 others were injured when a passenger bus collided with a stationary truck at Pulchowk in Bhokraha Narsimha-3 of Sunsari on Thursday.
According to the District Police Office, Sunsari, the bus heading east on East-West Highway collided with the truck parked on the side of the road.
“One died while undergoing treatment at Sunsari District Hospital and the other succumbed to injuries at Global Cardio and Neuro Hospital. The identity of the deceased has not been confirmed yet,” said DSP Yograj Khatiwada.
