KATHMANDU: Two people died when a passenger jeep met with an accident in Sindhupalchowk district on Wednesday.
According to the District Police Office, Sindhupalchowk, the jeep met with an accident at Doring cliff in Healmbu Rural Municipality-1. Two Bhutanese nationals died on the spot, while four Bhutanese nationals and one Nepali were injured in the accident.
The deceased Bhutanese nationals have been identified as Abge (33) and Wangmu (71), according to the police.
The injured have been airlifted to Kathmandu for treatment.
