KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has expanded his cabinet ninth time inducting three ministers to his cabinet.
President Ramchandra Poudel appointed Dhanaraj Gurung as the Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Mohan Bahadur Basnet as Minister for Health and Population and Dig Bahadur Limbu as Minister for Youth and Sports on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, according to a statement issued by the Office of the Prime Minister.
All three are Nepali Congress lawmakers. While Basent is close to the establishment faction led by party President Sher Bahadur Deuba, Gurung and Limbu are close to the anti-establishment faction led by Dr Shekhar Koirala.
