KATHMANDU: Three individuals died when a jeep fell from Madi River bridge along the Prithvi Highway in Damauli. Two others were injured in the accident.
According to the District Police Office, Tanahun, the jeep heading to Chapaghat from Damauli broke the bridge’s side railing and plunged into the river.
The deceased have been identified as Prabin Thapa Magar (35), Kumar Thapa (22) and Kushal Thapa (20) of Byas Municipality-5 of Tanahun. All three died while undergoing treatment at Damauli Hospital.
