In a repeat of the 2022 final, Sudurpaschim was bowled out for just 127 runs in 37.3 overs but successfully defended the low total, with Hemanti Dhami taking four wickets to dismiss Lumbini for 119.
Interestingly, Sudurpaschim had lost its opening match against Lumbini by 41 runs.
Abhishek Thapa and Naren Bhatta scored 29 runs and 27 runs, respectively, for Sudurpaschim, while Rajesh Ayer, Naren Saud, and Deepak Rokaya contributed 14, 15, and 11 runs, respectively.
Santosh Yadav took five wickets for Lumbini, while Ramesh Kurmi and Shiv Kenwar claimed three and one wicket, respectively.
Captain Aakash Tripathi top-scored for Lumbini with a 44-ball 22, while Shiv Kumar scored an unbeaten 20 runs from 46 balls. Bijay Kohar, Samir Ali Musalman and Santosh Yadav chipped in with 19, 18 and 13 runs, respectively.
Sachit Bhatt and Naren Saud took two wickets each for Sudurpashchim, while Ashok Dami claimed a wicket.
The tournament featured teams from all seven provinces.
