KATHMANDU: Sita Air is starting scheduled flights to Dang from Wednesday.
According to the STOL operator, it will operate three flights a week – on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays – to begin with. The Dornier 228 aircraft of Sita Air will leave Kathmandu airport at 12:10 pm, while the return flight will take off from Tarigaun Airport of Dang at 1:30 pm.
The one-way fare for the 40-minute flight has been fixed at Rs 9,000, according to Sita Air.
Nepal Airlines is operating four flights a week on the sector using Twin Otter aircraft.
