KATHMANDU: Seven persons died and six others were injured in a road accident in Darchula on Friday morning.
According to District Police Officer, Darchula, the jeep coming to Gokuleshwar from Malikarjun met with at accident at around 4 am near Bakajebala in Shailyashikhar Ruarl Municipality-6.
The deceased have been identified as Birendra Rawal (30) and Shanti Rawal (28) of Shailyashikhar-6, Dilip Bista (45) of Shailyashikhar-9, Sanjeev Bohora (15) of Dilasini-5 of Baitadi, and Mohammad Safir (45) and his son Mohammad Bashim (18) of Bijnaur in Uttar Pradesh of India.
The identity of one deceased has not been confirmed.
