KATHMANDU: Senior-most member of the House of Representatives (HoR) Arjun Narsingh KC has taken the oath of office and secrecy from President Ram Chandra Paudel.
KC (75) was administered the oath by President Paudel at the Office of the President on Wednesday morning .
As per constitutional provision, the senior-most member among those elected to the House takes the oath from the President and then administers the oath to the other members.
KC is scheduled to administer the oath to the 274 other members of the House of Representatives on Thursday.
