SEE grade improvement examination from August 7

KATHMANDU: National Examination Board (NEB) has decided to hold the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) Grade Improvement Examination from August 7.

A meeting of NEB held on Sunday finalized the dates for the examination.

The examination will be conducted till August 16. NEB is publishing the schedule of the grade improvement examination on Monday.

Earlier, NEB had said that only the examinees who secured non-graded (NG) scores in up to two subjects could sit in the grade improvement examination. It had decided to hold the examination on August 2 and 3. The new dates were announced after the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology expanded eligibility, allowing examinees with NG scores in more than two subjects to participate in the grade improvement examination.

The NEB published the SEE results on Thursday. More than 52% of the examinees secured NG in the examination.
