KATHMANDU: A search is underway to relocate the driver and assistant of a liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) tanker that plunged into Trihsuli River on Sunday morning.
According to the Armed Police Force, the tanker coming towards Kathmandu from Chitwan lost control near Krishnabhir in Rorang Rural Municipality-5 of Dhading and veered 60 meters off the road.
“We have mobilized rescue team along with divers to locate the missing people,” APF Joint Spokesperson, DSP Shailendra Thapa, said.
The tanker, bearing Indian registration number – NL-02L-3907, was bringing LPG from India.
