KAILALI: A Royal Bengal tiger has been found dead in Kailali district.
According to the Sub-division Forest Office Lamki, the tiger was found dead in the Amarabati Community Forest in Janaki Rural Municipality-09.
Villagers collecting fodder in the forest alerted the police when they saw the body of the tiger. The police then reached the scene accompanied by officials of the forest office.
Since the body is decaying, forest officials assume that the tiger may have died a few days ago.
