KATHMANDU: Province Chiefs and Chief Ministers of all seven provinces were allotted residential quarters on Sunday.
Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal handed over keys of 14 houses to seven province chiefs and as many chief ministers amid a function organized on Sunday.
Ministry of Urban Development built 14 houses on 26 ropanis and 12 anas of land with an investment of Rs 850 million in the Bhaisepati suburbs of Lalitpur district.
The Ministry is also building houses for all federal ministers as well as Chairpersons and Vice-Chairpersons of the National Assembly in the area.
