KATHMANDU: President Ram Chandra Paudel has authenticated the Martyr Dasharath Chand Health Sciences University Bill, 2025.
According to the Office of the President, the bill, which was passed by both houses of the federal Parliament and submitted for authentication, was authenticated on Wednesday as per Article 113 (2) of the Constitution of Nepal, 2015.
The Bill creates legal grounds to establish Sudurpashchim Province’s first health sciences university. The university will be set up at Geta of Kailali.
