President Paudel issues four ordinances

KATHMANDU: President Ram Chandra Paudel has issued four ordinances on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers.

President Paudel issued the Ordinance to Amend Certain Nepal Acts Related to Promotion of Good Governance and Public Service Delivery, 2025; Economic Procedures and Financial Accountability (First Amendment) Ordinance, 2025; Privatization (First Amendment) Ordinance, 2025; Ordinance to Amend Certain Nepal Acts Related to Improving Economic and Business Environment and Enhancing Investment, 2025 as per Article 114 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal, 2015 on Monday.

Issuing a statement on Monday, the Office of the President said the ordinances were issued as per Article 114(1) of the Constitution of Nepal, 2015.
