KATHMANDU: President Ram Chandra Paudel has appointed ambassadors to Belgium, Portugal, Spain, South Africa and South Korea.
According to a statement issued by the Office of the President, Paudel appointed Sewa Lamsal for Belgium, Prakash Mani Paudel for Portugal, Sanil Nepal for Spain, Prof Dr Kapil Man Shresthafor South Africa and Shivamaya Tumpbahangphe for South Korea on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers as per Article 282 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal, 2015.
The parliamentary Public Hearing Committee earlier endorsed the recommendations.
