KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal and members of his cabinet made public their property details on Tuesday.
According to the information posted on the website of the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, Dahal owns a house built on 15 katthas of land in Bharatpur Municipality-14 of Chitwan. The land is registered in the name of his late wife, Sita Dahal.
Likewise, he has another land plot measuring one kattha which is also registered in the name of his late wife. Dahal has stated that this is his parental property.
Similarly, Dahal has declared in his property statement that he has Rs 2.5 million in his account maintained at Everest Bank Ltd, where his salary and allowances are deposited.
The PM has also stated that he has 5 tolas (11.664 grams) of gold which he received as parental property.
